Chiswick House & Gardens is a stunning 18th-century villa and landscaped garden in West London, England. It is one of the finest examples of Palladian architecture in Britain and a masterpiece of Lord Burlington, who designed it in 1729 as a homage to classical Roman and Renaissance styles. Chiswick Gardens was designed by William Kent, these gardens are considered a precursor to the English landscape movement. Features include: - Serpentine lake and classical temples. - The Exedra, a semicircular space with Roman-style busts. - The Cascade, a picturesque waterfall feature. - Stunning woodland walks and flower beds. The gardens are free to explore, while the house has an admission fee.
