Designed as a space for healing, the medicinal garden tells stories of survival through the language of nature – growth, renewal, and transformation. More than just a collection of plants, it is a living tribute to early medicine and second chances. Every bloom symbolises a life saved, every pathway a journey of recovery, and every tree a reminder of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s role in giving people another opportunity to thrive.
Nature has long been intertwined with healing, and many of the plants in the garden reflect this connection. By blending nature’s ancient healing properties with modern medical miracles, the medicinal garden will invite visitors to reflect on the fragility of life, the strength of the human spirit, and the vital role of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity in saving lives and giving people the chance to flourish once more.
The project will be brought to life by Rupert Keys, founder and managing director of TASK Academy, whose expertise in horticulture and landscaping spans over three decades.
