About this garden

The story

Step back to Victorian Britain, at the height of the great plant-hunting era. A ship, laden with weird and wonderful plant specimens gathered from across the globe, never made it home. Now, crates from three continents have burst open, their contents taking root. But these are no ordinary plants - they're the vegetables found in a traditional Sunday roast!

Our border tells a story of adventure, discovery and cultivating connections through edible plants. Just as importantly, it showcases that growing edibles isn't limited to the veg patch - they can create beautiful 'edimental' displays for any garden.
