The story
The Biophilic Blueprint is the next evolution of GrowTropical's 2024 RHS Urban Show exhibit, Happy Houseplants. While the original exhibit categorised plants purely by environmental needs, including sun, shade, and humidity, this updated concept, created for the Malvern Plants & People theme, maps these plant requirements onto human lifestyle and wellbeing zones.
Instead of asking, Where will this plant survive? The Biophilic Blueprint asks, How does this plant support your life? It explores the symbiosis between plants and human happiness, reframing plant education as a guide to enhancing everyday wellbeing.
