We are seeking a talented Garden Designer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to create stunning, sustainable gardens - from city balconies to expansive family landscapes - with the potential to work on show gardens. You'll collaborate closely with our Lead Garden Designer to develop proposals that delight clients, add value to their properties, and enrich the surrounding environment. Our goal is to create innovative bespoke outdoor spaces that reflect each client’s personal style and needs. Key Results: • Design Collaboration: Work with the Lead Designer to create garden designs that meet client briefs. • Site Assessment: Survey spaces, measuring and evaluating factors like sunlight, soil, and architecture. • Concept Development and Presentation: Develop mood boards and design concepts that balance beauty and function. • Technical Drawings & 3D Visualisation: Create accurate plans, elevations, and 3D renders for client presentations. • Planting & Sourcing: Prepare planting plans, source plants, manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and set out plants on-site. • Project Delivery: Oversee final planting stages and ensure high-quality project completion. • Marketing: Assist with marketing activities and promote our garden design services, including show gardens.
