Arne Maynard Garden Design is inviting applications from Graduate Garden Designers to join the studio design team based in Bath.

You will support the development of an exciting range of private projects across the UK, Europe, and the USA. Working alongside a senior team of Landscape Architects and Designers, you will be required to produce design documentation of the highest quality to support project delivery.

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Garden Designers with meticulous attention to detail. You should have an understanding of project work stages and be versatile in working across different project teams. Exceptional presentation skills are essential to convey proposals graphically, along with the confidence to share ideas within the studio design team.

Applicants should hold a garden design qualification or have experience in a relevant discipline. Horticultural knowledge (equivalent to RHS Level 2) is desirable, or you may have an interest in undertaking further study.

• Confidence communicating ideas within a studio design team

• Ability to produce high-quality design documents and drawings

• Support senior team members in fulfilling project deliverables

• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team

• Organised project file management in accordance with company standards

• Application of templates and branding to maintain quality standards

• Attentive and able to take notes on behalf of the design team

Personal Requirements

• Proficient in Vectorworks (or similar), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

• Eligible to work in the UK, with relevant visas

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice

• Clean and valid driving licence
