Studio Manager

Luciano Giubbilei is an award-winning garden design studio, established in London in 1997.

Focused on creating gardens for clients around the world, the working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with our close-knit team working collaboratively across all projects.

We’re currently looking for a proactive and organised Studio Manager to help facilitate the smooth running of the business. This is a key role within the design studio, working closely with Luciano to support both him and the team in the efficient organisation and co-ordination of the studio.

The role is varied, and the ideal candidate should be adapted to a wide range of tasks and responsibilities including studio management, client communication, project support, PR and press, website management, as well as general housekeeping and ad-hoc requests. We’re looking for an individual who seeks to grow and develop their experience with the studio, whilst supporting a busy practice.

Requirements:

• Five years’ experience in office administration

• Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise

• Highly computer literate with proficiency in Outlook, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• Proactive approach with drive and good initiative

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Manage diaries and studio calendar including travel arrangements

• Organise and monitor studio supplies, subscriptions, etc

• Client communication, financial administration and accounts management

• Workflow and coordination of project deadlines, phasing, fees

• Update and manage website

• Prepare PR content

• Provide project support as required

• Contract: Permanent

• Hours: Full time office-based, but part-time applications will be considered

• Location: 34 Southern Row, London, W10 5AN

• Salary: Starting at £35,000, depending on experience
