Lucy Morton ACIHort is the founder of Wet Your Plants Ltd, an award-winning garden design, install and horticulture practice operating across the West Midlands and Scottish Borders.
Originally beginning her career in opera, and then diverting into the whisky industry, Lucy retrained professionally in horticulture before holding senior gardening positions on prestigious estates and establishing Wet Your Plants Ltd. Her work combines strong design narratives with practical horticulture, creating gardens that are beautiful, functional and deeply connected to the people who use them.
Alongside co-designer Adrian Burrows, Lucy has been awarded a Gold Medal at BBC Gardeners' World Live and a Silver Gilt Medal at Scone Palace Garden Fair for their show gardens. She also regularly delivers guest lectures and careers talks at universities, colleges and industry events, championing horticulture as an accessible and rewarding profession.
