Mark is a gardening and garden design writer, speaker/lecturer, radio broadcaster and TV presenter.
Mark is also a regular presenter for BBC Morning Live, BBC Gardeners’ World, RHS Chelsea Flower Show, RHS Hampton Court Flower Show and RHS Tatton Flower Show and QVC.
Mark is also an Ambassador for Greenfingers, the national charity that creates inspiring gardens for children and their families to enjoy, the ‘Health, Wellbeing and Community’ Ambassador for Groundwork, the environmental community charity with a green heart and an Ambassador for Thrive, the national charity that uses gardening to positively change lives. Mark is also Patron of Core Landscapes, championing community gardens in urban environments and an Ambassador of Leonard Cheshire, the national and international charity supporting individuals to live, learn and work as independently as they choose, whatever their ability. As a Trustee for the Gardening with Disabilities Trust Mark assists disabled people to garden, and in turn help them live more independently.
Mark is a Pre-registered member of the Society of Garden Designers, member of the Garden Media Guild and the Professional Garden Consultants Association.
